Our latest patent pending technology, Construction-to-Perm (C2P) Insurance, adds a conversion feature that allows homeowners to transition the builder's risk insurance protection that protected their new home from the time construction began into a permanent homeowner policy. The process saves time and money because it is easier and less expensive to keep a home insured from the time construction begins than it is to underwrite and issue a separate policy. These automated insurance programs offer rates up to 25% less than conventional insurance policies.
